Moby Money is a Fintech Company based on PJ.

We are looking for a motivated Tech Support Intern to join our team and assist in managing questions and enquiries from our Operations team and customers.

This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative tech environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries and requests from the Operations team and customers promptly and professionally.
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to our products or services.
Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
Document and maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Gather information from clients and internal resources to identify and resolve issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Assist in maintaining knowledge base articles and documentation.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Basic understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
Experience with customer service or technical support is a plus.
