To deliver Network KPI and customer experience in term of availability, performance, spare optimization with most effective & cost efficiency for operations.- To monitor and maintain stock status, movement, new top-up or purchase for re-use, faulty repair, BER to scrap and ensure good tracking and sufficient spares for faults restoration.- Leading & coordination roles with regional store PIC to ensure proper implementation of inventory control, quality processes, standardized procedures, quarterly physical stock-take, accuracy, completeness of data & escalate any discrepancies promptly.- Perform analysis, business case & report to management with ability to have an influential role in inventory planning and strategy.- Deliver & maintain consumable items to achieve target docket closure KPI (CI 4hrs, NCI 24hrs) by proactively replenish regional FOP needs Daily Cell Outage > 4 hours (HWS docket closure)- Maintaining good stock in hand to achieve target 100% inventory availability by quarterly stock count.- Maintaining good stock in hand for consumable & spares with 2+1 month sustainability.- On-Call standby 24x7 to handle on any spares relate issues/docket to achieve target docket closure KPI (CI 4hrs, NCI 24hrs) by utilizing the sprinter service within the allocated budget- To manage OPEX expenditure to meet SLA target 100% on the PR/GR/Waiver/Esker etc executed without delay.- Updated consumable item tracker, perform analysis and dashboard/report to ready by 7 days of the month for consolidation under HWS dashboard report.- Effective implementation of R&R/SPMS item to achieve adequate turn-around-time KPI (based on contract) and evaluate VPE to submit every 2nd week of the month.
