Description
Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate to team member

  • Planning and arrangement manpower efficiency to meet daily target
  • Check production output according to specifications
  • Submit reports of performance and progress
  • Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvement
  • Ensure the flow of raw material and WIP
  • Recruit, hires and trains employees
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for all workers

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or its equivalent
  • Basic knowledge on machining process
  • 5.5 working days

Salary:
RM2, RM4,500.00 per month
