• RM2,800 Job Description
• Responsible for assisting the Officer in preparing producing and posting the billing of Maintenance Fees, Sinking Fund in a timely manner.
• Assist in preparing, producing, and posting the receipt to the owners who make payment.
• Update the financial matters in the CSS/Ifca or any approved system.

Requirements

• SPM
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.

- Age range - 30 to 55 years old - experience in Managing accounts - issuance of invoices, receipts, CN, DN, PO, and DO including the financial reports for our Finance department to review - Customer service - fluent in communication verbally and written - Managing stratified property is a plus
