Monitor and control of quality for ready - mixed concrete batching

- mixed concrete is inspected in accordance with QC inspection plan before delivery

Assign work and responsibility to QC personnel
Solve any major complaints/problem from customer
Monitoring of Company's QHSE objective
Propose measure for continuous improvement
Assist in conducting and reviewing the environmental aspect impact, hazard and risk assessment whenever there is a change in process, methodology, material or machinery used or after an incident/accident.
Ensure compliance of environmental, health and safety (EHS) measures at all time
Perform any other tasks which may be assigned by management from time to time

Job Requirements:

Must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Degree in Civil/ Architecture/Tqm with sufficient background and/or knowledge in construction management, regulatory and other requirements
Minimum 7 years proven experience in performing QAQC roles in a managerial capacity with exposure to high rise/integrated development
Excellent time management organization and focus on ability to priorities and multitask, with ability to focus on detail
Showing leadership skills, inspiring interpersonal effectiveness to lead team, train talent and effect change and able to be a "doer" and "influencer"
