Service Support Assistant (Planner/Scheduler)
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Melayu
- Ability to converse in Mandarin will be mandatory.
- Good communication skills and has the ability to communicate fluently on the phone and text message
- Minimum SPM certificate holder.
- Know the Klang Valley area well.
- Experience in Customer Service is an added advantage.
- Good planning and organizational skills with attention to details
- Customeroriented & resultdriven.
Responsibility
- Schedule and plan all service requirements by contacting customers on a daily basis, ensuring a productive route is created for the assigned team.
- Follow up and reschedule missed services to ensure no service backlogs.
- Call customers for confirmation of the visit.
- Ensuring all Service Technicians schedules are loaded within set time frames every day.
- Ensure customer servicerelated complaints and enquiries are attended to effectively and promptly.
- Coordinate with Sales team for any available slots, time adjustment for new sales scheduling.
