Description
Primary Job Description- Manage day to day admin operations at the office.
- Responsible for the entire Office Administration, monitoring of the office general repair &maintenance, insurance renewal, stationary management, office system, equipment, etc.
- Monitors administrative expenses incurred against the approved budget.
- Maintain a proper record & movement of the office fixed assets.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
- Application of any statutory and utilities.
- No experience/Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Possesses a strong sense of integrity & responsibility.
- Understand the basic usage of Microsoft Office.
- Responsible, honest, motivated, and able to work with minimum superior.
- Able to communicate and write in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley
Job Types:

Contract length: 3 months
Salary:
RM RM1,000.00 per month
