  • Verify goods received by the warehouse and process them.
  • Validate and update goods received from Summit and stock transfers.
  • Manage stock returns from wholesalers and customers.
  • Reconcile stock returns from Summit.
  • Address discrepancies between system stock and physical stock.
  • Compile inventory transaction listing for Guardian Expo items.
  • Monitor document flow for monthly inventory review.
  • Process monthly inventory closing for Jetaine locations.
  • Generate and analyze monthly inventory and stock aging reports.
  • Prepare journal entries for general ledger accounts related to the profit and loss statement.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years working experience in similar capacity.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management and general ledger accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Detailoriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
