Responsibilities:


Sanitation Standards:


  • Establish and maintain high sanitation standards in all food preparation areas.

Operational Support:


  • Provide functional assistance to operations during peak periods and functions.

Inventory Management:


  • Keep the F&B equipment inventory book up to date.

Pest Control:


  • Maintain all F&B areas free of pests at all times.

Cleaning Duties:


  • Clean food preparation areas, facilities, and equipment.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dishwashing machine, hand wash stations, potscrubbing station, and trash compactor.
  • Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.

Stock Management:


  • Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock.
  • Ensure clean wares are stored in appropriate areas.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate


Salary:
RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
