About the job

  • Acts as pointof contact between Operations and internal client services / clients to manage E2E operational queries and support to clients
  • Act as secondary point of contact in the absence of team lead in managing E2E operational queries and deliverables
  • Delivers databases and outputs based on client specifications on time and at expected quality as well as engaging with stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the timely provision of data in the highest quality according to the agreed service level and requirements
  • Process defined reports, schedules and processes by adhering to defined procedures, delivery schedules, and SLAs
  • Acts as the clients' advocate within NOC by providing feedback on clients' needs, and challenging internal processes to best deliver on those needs
  • Provide constructive input to Process Owners / Team Leads / Operations Manager to optimize and improve Operations effectiveness
  • Understand the relationship of assigned processes to both upstream and downstream processes to guarantee clean data is delivered by eliminating the need for rework from any Operations team.

Additional Information:


  • Bachelor Degree of Statistics/ Computer Science/ Business Information Systems or IT equivalent
  • Minimum experience of 23 years and above in operations

Excellent organization skills, aptitude to work in team and meet deadlines:


  • A high degree of accuracy, proactivity and attention to detail

Good analytics skills and aptitude for data and operational processes:

  • Project management aptitude (critical path, task sequencing, problem solving, etc.)
  • Fluent in English: speaking and writing with fluency

Good in SQL and Excel. Experience in using SQL Oracle.

  • Bonus if familiar with Pacific market.
