The training support and project coordinator is a key member of the department administrative team that works together to support, providing information and assistance in navigating enrolment processes for training courses, implementations and post training.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and consolidation of Department expenditure and billing cycles.
  • Monitoring of (emerchandize) and liaising with vendor on the payment and expenses admin duties.
  • Responsible for supporting the finance administration for Agency Learning & Development; maintaining finance record and assisting with monitoring the training budget.
  • Tracking and consolidation of monthly department expenses and sending progress report to the Head.
  • Responsible for the administration of training courses, customer support, generation of training metrics, facilitation of annual review requirements and deployment of training related to the department.
  • Assists with coordination/logistics for training requirements; works with functional areas to ensure training requirements are defined and providing metrics to ensure requirements are met.
  • Responsible for agency booking of branch training room.
  • Responsible to support any new project, maintaining and keeping up the UPA BSC record.

Job Requirements:

  • A degree in business studies, education, training or any related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year working experience.
  • Highly competent in running operational duties and in working out administrative processes.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Adequate presentation, communication and analytical skills.
  • Meticulous, strong customer service with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
