What you will do:

Plan, manage and evaluate professional development programs and peer supervision group for our network of mental health professionals
Work closely with Marketing to design engagement materials for professional development events
Engage with bodies of oversight within the region (i.e. LKM, SPS, Singapore Association for Counselling) to develop working relationships and promote professional development programs for mental health professionals
Own and implement new initiatives or programs relating to ThoughtFull Professionals and the larger mental health professionals network with the aim of educating, creating awareness and improving care delivery

Requirements:

About you:

Must possess a Masters in Clinical Psychology/ Counselling or other equivalent qualifications with at least 3 years of experience
Passionate about professional development and improvement of quality in mental healthcare delivery
Proficient in Excel and project management softwares (e.g., JIRA, Trello)
Detailminded in execution and cares about delivering at a high standard
Commitment to upholding the highest standards of privacy and ethics in handling sensitive data
A proactive approach to problemsolving, continuous learning, and adapting to new technologies and methodologies in digital health
