• Primarily responsible for designing and coordinating the respective brand uniform needs, company guidelines & policy, as well as the quality control.
• Responsible for the 'look' of the uniform as well as the quality control.
• Uphold and ensure all the uniform in accordance with Brand/ Company guidelines.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designing and Coordinating the Respective Brand Uniform _
• Design and conceptualize uniform.
• Responsible for budget controlling, negotiation and quality control.
• Ensure all staff have necessary in proper attire as per guideline.
• Coordinate with respective Brand Manager/ Operation/HR on all new uniform change such as uniform measurement/ fitting measurement.
• Responsible for the 'look' of the Uniform as well as Quality Control _
• Place order for name badge and uniform order.
• Implement and standardize the group's uniform SOP such as uniform guide, basic grooming to ensure the consistency throughout the store and inline with the brand's standard.
• Follow up on all the related uniform paperwork such as submission of uniform invoices and raising PO
• Work closely with uniform supplier to ensure all in good control such as delivery timeline, quality and material sourcing.
• Oversee on the uniform inventory.
• Responsible to adhere efficient protocol on planning and execute annual uniform change within the group.
• Other Responsibilities _
• Perform any Ad-Hoc task required by the Manager/Department.
• Personal Development_
• Complete E-Learning Modules on timely manner.
• Staff to conduct themselves in a proper and professional manner in compliance with the Code of Business Conduct.

POSITION SPECIFICATION

Education:
Minimum a Diploma/Degree in any discipline

Professional Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in related field

Personal Attributes:
Good interpersonal skills, Pleasant Personality, Excellent communicator, Proficient in computer skills

Languages:
Fluent English and both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language is added advantage.


Salary:
From RM3,000.00 per month
