Fresh Graduates are welcomed to applyJob Scope:
- Processing invoices sent in from the vendor or internal, including obtain approval and take into account software
- Raising payments when the invoices come due
- Checking staff claims and preparing journal to take into account
- Verifying petty cash sent in by respective Office Manager and preparing journal to take into account
- Reconcile statutory payment and account record for PL against third party account firm
Eg:
VAT & WHT declaration, reconciliation expenses between our record and account firm's record
- Checking companies' credit card expenses and preparing journal to take into account
- Performing audit task
Eg:
providing sample for audit request
- Handle account closing and running aged report on WD
- Providing daily support and performing any adhoc tasks when needed
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
