DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a first point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit.
- Supporting management for payroll tasks.
- Acting as a bridge between 3rd party and the organization.
- Build a strong business relationship with the internal client and facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees.
- Act as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management.
- Design and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves.
- Involves helping the organization's members understand what the change means to them and providing the ongoing guidance and support that will maintain enthusiasm and commitment to the change process.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization.
REQUIREMENT:
- Efficient when working in teams.
- Team player, multitasker, high attention to details, strong follow up and a great memory.
- Has excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Possesses strong skills in project management and change management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Salary:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
