Description

Plan, execute and monitor the approved intercompany loans, donation and equity injection, settlement and reporting activities for Company Group of Companies through SAP FSCM module and appropriate system platforms by providing efficient and accurate processing as well as effective reporting to Management and ensure timely execution of settlement according to approved procedures and guidelines and compliance with Loan Agreement and other statutory requirements.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.Intercompany Loans / Donation and Equity Funding Activities

2.Principal and Interest Calculation and Notice Issuance

3.Coupon and Fees Processing for Sukuk and Bond

4.Facilities and Master Data Maintenance

5.Internal & External Reporting on Debt Management

6.Debt Compliance Management Reporting (DCMR)

7.Financial Compliance Framework (FCF) Testing

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Degree in accounting

2.6-9 years work experience in financial related institutions in the area of enterprise wide risk management, dealing with financial markets and products, policy, procedures and systems development related to finance.

Knowledgeable in Malaysian Financial Reporting Standard (FRS), International Accounting Standards (IAS), Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST Act, Bank Negara Malaysia Exchange Control Regulations.
