    Job Overview

    The Sales Professional is responsible for driving sales growth in a designated geographical area, developing and executing sales strategies to meet business unit objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Develop and implement sales plans, targets, and budgets aligned with regional and business unit sales strategies.
    2. Collaborate with sales/service team and key account colleagues to manage key client relationships and negotiate contracts with major customers.
    3. BUILD SALES CAPABILITY BY MANAGING AND MOTIVATING THE SALES/SERVICE TEAM.
    4. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

    Location and Candidate Profile

    • Located in Johor Bahru, initially working remotely; transitioning to on-site position when the company establishes its physical office in Iskandar Puteri (Johor Bahru).
    • Candidates aged late 20s to below 35 years preferred for maturity and professionalism.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Prior experience in plastic manufacturing or related industry strongly preferred.
    • Understanding of plastic industry landscape and client expectations.
    • Proven ability to sell industrial machinery or large-scale equipment.
    • Strong communication and persuasion skills for engaging clients and closing sales.
    • Ability to present technical product information effectively.
    • Highly committed, responsible, and dedicated individuals valued.
    • A strong sense of ownership and interest in long-term growth with the company desirable.
