Responsibilities:


Parts Supervisor

  • Data entry and maintaining of data of Website System.
  • To maintain the document registration and filing system.
  • Assist Procurement department on paper work preparation.
  • To maintain and control stock of selected machineries parts, office supplies, and stationery.
  • Ensures that inventory records are updated in a timely manner and all transaction are accurately and completely captured
  • Update inventory system for new assets, inventory in and out.
  • All duties related to the Yard administration and stock control.

Admin

  • Petty cash handling for toll, parking and inspection.
  • Coordinate with HR Department regards to Attendance, leave and overtime requisition.
  • Maintaining close working relationships on a proactive basis with each of the operating units within Mersing.
  • Implementing procedures work instructions and other administrative systems for the efficient management of Mersing.

Knowledge / Experience / Skills Required:

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma in business management or relevant field
  • Languages known: Bahasa Melayu & English
  • Ability complete the task within reasonable timeline.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills

SKILL

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
  • Good interpersonal communication skill and willing to work in a team.
  • Ability to accept and complete the designated tasks.
