Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our products remain cutting-edge, delivering exceptional value to our clients and users in an industry that thrives on innovation.

• You will lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of your team's products.
• Guide the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Coordinate the entire product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Define project scopes, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Implement feedback loops and mechanisms for continuous improvement. Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and drive iterative enhancements.
• Monitors the team members work for proper implementation and code efficiency
• Provide support and encourage the team members to grow and take on challenges, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
• Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
• Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Use this knowledge to drive innovation and keep products at the forefront of the market.
• Ensure that products are rigorously tested and meet highquality standards. Collaborate with QA engineers to identify and resolve bugs and issues.
• We encourage a collaborative environment where crossfunctional teams including developers, designers, QA and stakeholders define the product requirement, prioritise features and ensure timely delivery
• Work closely with upper management to define product strategies, goals and objectives.
• Contribute to longterm product vision while executing shortterm initiatives
• Regularly communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and upper management. Provide transparency on development status and anticipate potential roadblocks.

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience (4+ years) in software product management
• Strong technical background with handson experience in C#, , PHP and MySQL
• Proficiency or experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is highly desired
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strategic thinker with a customercentric mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpaced environment
• Problemsolving and decisionmaking aptitude
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Need to be able to work to a set brief, feedback appropriately and challenge guides for better end products
• Needs to be selfstarter, reliable, motivated and a good problem solver with good communication skills
