We will focus on the endtoend development of a proprietary pipeline of Prescription, Over-TheCounter (OTC) and Consumer products, with a specific focus on areas where we believe we can deliver bestinclass, and highly differentiated products that address existing unmet medical needs.
• Healthcare: Develop and launch fast acting, effective and safe treatments in the field of cardiovascular diseases, neurology, and pain management, all of which can be delivered via innovative technologies.
• Wellness: Bring to market scientifically substantiated botanical products that help people take wellbeing into their own hands in the areas of Sleep, Energy, and Mental Health

• As our Marketing Manager you will ultimately implement and adapt global marketing strategies to support Malaysia business growth goals.

You will work as part of a close-knit business development team to identify new opportunities to optimize our positioning and increase our market share.

• Operationalize the newly launched category in Consumer Health, by executing against global marketing initiatives to launch new pipeline and drive business growth including retail facing category position, consumer connections and pricing strategy.
• Your role will be crucial in bringing our business proposition to life, using an analytical dataled approach to influence and refine our marketing strategies.
• Core responsibilities:
• Collaborate with sales team to develop account-based marketing campaigns.
• Manage the planning, organisation, and execution of all marketing.
• Support the conversion of leads and assigning relevant tasks using distributor (Salesforce).
• Plan and execute corporate events and trade shows nationwide.

• Support the development of brand communications, proposition, and framework. Develop sales toolkits covering all consumer touchpoints (pack, on shelf, digital, media etc.).
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of our companies developing product lines, and business updates.

• Align and collaborate with category & design markets for launch preparation and implementation.
• KPI setting, pricing and price laddering strategies.
• Budget setting and annual planning cycles in close collaboration with all commercial and functional stakeholders.

• Good experience in marketing, or similar related discipline.
• A background in managing and supporting several marketing campaigns and/or events at the same time and involving multiple stakeholders.
• An appreciation of developing targeted content, with an appreciation of underlying data and analytics, and how to measure and address these.
• A highly organized approach to work, with the ability to identify priorities and work independently.
