Executive Administrator - Subang Jaya, Malaysia - AP Slensa Sdn Bhd
Description
Responsibility:
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, government offices, and agencies pertaining to GLC tenders, APEC, customs, MITI, and SIRIMrelated issues;
- Coordinate team meetings, compose, and prepare confidential correspondence, compile documents for meetings and take minutes of the meeting; prepare and analyze reports, proposals, and presentations;
- Prepare, allocate budgets, and ensure NDAs are signed when engaging with any third party;
- Perform office support activities, including but not limited to photocopying, billing, filing, managing building, office equipment & supply, and expediting orders when necessary;
- General team assistance and backup responsibilities;
- Work closely with the Senior Management team to keep them wellinformed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities;
- Prioritize conflicting needs by handling matters efficiently and proactively;
- Generate and examine monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports. Excel skills of at least intermediate level are essential.
Requirements:
- Required language(s): English, Malaysia;
- Good command of English writing and excellent communication skills
- Computer literate with aboveaverage knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Advance Excel skills preferred
- Work experience as a PA, Administrative Officer, or other similar position with office operations knowledge is required (Additional qualification in Office Administration is a plus);
- Possess accounting or HR knowledge/experience would be an added advantage;
- Strong organizational abilities, problemsolving mindset, and time management skills;
- Able to work independently with a high degree of integrity, commitment, and trustworthiness and
- Able to exercise a high level of discretion and confidentiality;
- Possess a good working attitude, mature, multitasking, openminded, proactive with a sense of urgency, not being swayed or influenced easily, meticulous;
- To be able to collaborate with department heads actively in order to create a conducive and engaging work environment
- Possess own transport and must be able to drive and go outstation; and
- Attending events or dinners occasionally after working hours and willing to work on weekends and public holidays
- Mathematic and statistics major preferred, A's in Math is a bonus
- Fluent mandarin speaking and reading skills preferred
Salary:
RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
