Description
Provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing software, hardware, or network issues.- Log and track support tickets using helpdesk software, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate IT personnel or vendors for further investigation and resolution.
- Educate users on software and hardware usage, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices.
- Keep abreast of technological advancements and updates to provide effective support and recommendations.
- Collaborate with IT team members to improve support processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for users seeking assistance.
Pay:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
