Our story began in October 2016. Back then we were a standalone art studio with only 2 students in Kuala Lumpur.

We are privileged to inspire thousands of children's life using our creative art teaching approach every day with many centers in Malaysia.

We are striving our best in creating a new trend in creative art education with our comprehensive and well-designed art syllabus.

Position:

Branch Manager Location:
Puncak Jalil / Mahkota Cheras

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides consultation to parents with our "Happy Art for Character Building" syllbus
Address parents' enquiries and satisfaction issues promptly
Attend management training session
Communicate professionally with parents regarding their child's performance
Organize fun activities
Encourage children to practice creative minds and personality development
Be kind, respectful, patience, and positive to the children
Able to lead the team to achieve goal, know how to assign tasks and able to build a good team culture
Bring out the best of center's teachers by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
Manage administrative works of the center i.

e. fees collection, records, roll call etc. -Share knowledge with other branches and HQ on effective practices, competitive advantage and needs

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum DIPLOMA and above
Proficient in English & Mandarin
Minimum 1 2 years of experiences in management
Punctual and willing to work on weekend
Passionate in education
Excellent verbal communicate skills, organizational skills and lead team to achieve goal
Follow job ethics and code of conduct
Willing to learn, love kids, patience, fun and have positive mindsets
Accept 2 year contract (will provide training and UK International Art Education certificate)

REMUNERATION PACKAGES:

Basic:
RM2000 + Commissions EPF, SOCSO, EIS Benefit: Scholarship for Certificate & Diploma in International Art Education & teaching certificate will be awarded Medical Coverage Annual Leave, Bonus &

Etc Working Days:
Wednesday 10am-7pm / Thursday 12.30pm-10pM/Friday 12.30pm
