Job description:


  • Document, maintain and update the process and procedures.
  • Prepare materials and conduct training for new hires, periodic refresher for agents.
  • Engage with TDA, KMA for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Receive feedback from Agents/SME and update.
  • Ensure GSD awareness and refresher training is provided to team members for inflight projects and process changes.
  • KBA Input, creation, review, approval, retirement, and periodic review
  • Update / Improve KBA contents based on agreed communication with GSD / Knowledge Owner
  • Direct the Knowledge Management roles and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor, measure, report on process adherence and compliance.
  • Receive feedback from Agents/SME and update in KM Task List tracker.
  • Handle tasks in KM Task List tracker: Request KBA update / improvement from FRGSD / Knowledge Owner

Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Business level in English and Japanese (speaking & writing)
years of relevant experience in service delivery desk or call centre

  • Experience in coaching, team leading, and process improvement
