About the Role:

The South-East Asia business is a key growth region for Kerry Globally and the FP&A Insights Lead is a key role to support this growth agenda by ensuring the right business insights and information is with the relevant stakeholders at the right time through insight-led business performance analysis and reports.

This role will provide an excellent opportunity to engage business and finance leaders right up to regional CFO and CEO level to discuss and form value adding insights that would allow for better decision making.

The role will partner closely with the Finance Director for the South-East Asia as well as support the Finance Business Partners across our market and channel teams in Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia.

Key Objectives of the Role:

Provide key insights on business performance through the delivery of bestinclass management reports and analysis.
Provide relevant insights aligned to the monthly reporting cadence to enable informed decisionmaking for business and finance leaders.
Support execution and continued improvement of key business processes e

g:
forecasting, budgeting, planning and target setting processes.

Partner closely with the SEA Finance Director in terms of providing backward looking and forward looking business insights to drive key business decisions needed to ensure we deliver on our performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver accurate and timely monthly decks for Business Performance meetings ensuring that the information is accurate, while providing supporting commentary and insights.
Deliver accurate and timely flash, forecast and budgeting information based on the specific requirements of the request.
Input into continuous improvement around the FP&A activities, with particular focus on forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes.
Support relevant stakeholders in the business with analysis /projects /initiatives /presentations as needed
Support other executive and leadership meeting agendas (e.g., Board Presentations) including presentation material, analysis, and support

Qualifications, Skills and Experiences:

Personal Competencies:

Strong analytical skills and ability to draw constructive correlations and conclusions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work seamlessly across various functions
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships across a matrix organisation
Ambitious and energetic with a customer focus and service mindset
Results driven, attention to detail with a keen eye for continuous improvement

Technical Skills Competencies:

Advanced skills on Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of SAP and Power BI an advantage
Qualified ACA /ACCA/ CIMA / CPA with several years postqualification experience, ideally in FMCG or Manufacturing industry
