Key Responsibilities:


  • Collect, organize and analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for projects and department functions.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to identify and solve business problems using customer data.
  • Continuously improve data collection processes and methods to enhance accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant data protection laws and regulations.
  • Support other datarelated projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements:


  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a relevant field (e.g. data science, statistics, business analytics, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel,
    SQL, Python, R, etc.).
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • BI visualization tools (Tableau,
    PowerBI or Qilksense)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of data protection laws and regulations.
  • Experience working with customer data is a plus.
  • Experience with GCP tools such as
    BigQuery, Dataproc, and Cloud Storage. (Not required but a bonus)
