Job Overview
We're a vibrant beauty, wellness and healthcare company on a high growth trajectory. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. In this role, you will be at the forefront of providing excellent customer experience to the customers. You will be responsible of managing customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. Ultimately, you'll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's sustainable growth.


Responsibilities
Internal Systems

  • To handles and incharge on the POS system
  • Check daily commission and execution claim (ensure is correct)
  • Complete daily invoicing and service redemption
  • Search (slot in/ slot out) customer files (CWS/ CLN/ GDN)
Reports

  • Check daily sales report
  • Daily Sales Transaction Reports
  • Admin sales report
Stock Management

  • Stock management for retail and salon which includes, ensuring enough inventory, and reordering when necessary
Customer Journey

  • To handle new customers' registration
  • Welcoming customer, serving tea, and ensuring PIC is there to serve customer
  • Issuance of receipt and collection of payment
  • Setting up next appointment if needed
  • Confirm the next day appointments
  • To handle customers' enquiries and must have telemarketing skills
  • To recommend good product suitable for customer
  • To understand and learn new treatment knowledge (Well explanation in handling walk in customers)
  • Collect Google Review
  • Activate inactive customer
  • To handle online customer enquiries.
Outlet Hygiene and Outlook

  • Prepare teapot, cups & sanitize all area
  • Bring outlet Tour if necessary
  • Ensure treatment rooms tidy as per SOP
  • Ensure IBA lockers cleanliness
  • Switch off all lights, heaters, power outlet and close outlet door
  • Ensure customer shoe rack cleanliness
  • Making rounds to ensure all treatment rooms are always tidy and clean
  • Liaise with cleaners when necessary in regards to hygiene, cups cleaning, towels etc
Room Preparation

  • Ensuring rooms are prepared before appointment time, with necessary consumables equipped
  • Ensuring rooms are cleaned after execution is done, and liaise with cleaner to clean up
  • Ensuring machines are in proper order, and managing any machine breakdown or maintenance
  • Ensure cups are cleaned
Internal Communications

  • Arranging execution sessions for Masseur, Beautician
  • Rotating new cons for salesperson
  • Reminding staffs on their next day appointments
  • Brief treatment room SOP

Working Hours:
Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends.


Requirements:


  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English; ability to speak multiple languages (e.g. Mandarin, Cantonese) will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Organized with strong problemsolving skills and communication skills
  • Great passion towards the customer experience, beauty, wellness and healthcare industry

RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
