Description
We are looking for a Malaysian local who can fluently speak Cantonese and English at the same time.


As a Marketing Manager who can speak Cantonese, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and execute marketing strategies targeting Korean-speaking audiences.

You will play a crucial role in building brand awareness, engaging with followers, and driving audience growth and customer acquisition and convert them into sales.


Job Responsibilities:
1) Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to penetrate the Malaysian market and drive brand awareness and sales.

2) Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for growth.

3) Create and implement marketing campaigns tailored specifically to the Malaysian market, utilizing various channels such as digital marketing, social media, advertising, events, and partnerships.

4) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.

5) Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, influencers, and media outlets in Malaysia.

6) Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.

7) Stay updated with industry trends, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements in the Korean market, ensuring compliance in all marketing activities.

8) Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI.

9) Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed for marketing activities.

10) Stay informed about customer feedback and market demands, providing valuable insights to the product development team for continuous improvement.


Qualifications:
1) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.

2) Fluency in both Cantonese and English (written and verbal) is essential.

3) Proven experience atleast 2 years in marketing roles, with a focus on the Malaysian market.

4) Deep understanding of Malaysian culture, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.

5) Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns in Malaysia.

6) Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.

7) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively in cross-cultural environments.

8) Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.

9) Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

10) Knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools.


Salary:
RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
