Customer Service Officer - Taman Molek, Malaysia - JOBBUILDER
Description
Ensure consistent and best-in-class customer services to QEL Customers through effective planning, coordination and management.To have the mind-set and attitude that Customer Service is a key differentiator of our business. Manage day-to-day activities and to support as well as provide guidance to their peers
Dealing with local & overseas customers for export and import shipments.
Liaise with warehouse, vendors for shipment update and movement.
Preparing shipment documents as Bill of lading, invoices, customs documents and etc.
Data key-in to system (in house system, carrier system and agents system)
Willing to accept any task assigned by management from time to time.

Up to RM2,500.00 per month

- Taman Molek: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
Experience:
Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
