Description

Perform electrical failure analysis, identifying and researching component failures to support Intel factory reject.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Perform electrical validation and fault isolation using analytical tools such as Parametric Analyzer (I/V analysis), Keithley meter, iTDR, EOTPR, CTMB/ SBTS, microprobing, SEM/EDX, IRLC etc.
Perform CSAM (Cmode Scanning Acoustic Microscopy) to detect defect.
Perform Xray imaging inspection on failure sample to detect package defect.
Using sample preparation/ material analysis tools such as Auto lid shear, Mechanical Polisher, Micro Abrasion, Chemical Etching, HAAS, Xprep, SEM/EDX, FTIR, FIB, IRLC etc. to reveal the defect or failure.
Perform dimension measurement task and visual inspection using Microscope.
Able to complete Failure analysis task and reported out FA results on time.

Requirements:

Possess an advanced diploma/diploma in a relevant discipline (Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Physics or others relevant field). Result 2nd upper
Good in Communication
Flexible and capable of handling multitask operations
Attention to detail.

Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:
