Job description

Your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing the CEO's day-to-day calendar of activities and ensuring that workflow runs smoothly.

You will act as a reliable and trusted partner, handling both professional and personal tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Hard Skills:

Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks and documentation.
Efficient calendar management and scheduling abilities.
Proficient in conducting online research and gathering information.

Soft Skills:

High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
Proactive and resourceful problemsolving abilities.
Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and demands.

Pay:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
