Job description


Your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing the CEO's day-to-day calendar of activities and ensuring that workflow runs smoothly.

You will act as a reliable and trusted partner, handling both professional and personal tasks to enhance productivity and efficiency.


Hard Skills:

  • Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks and documentation.
  • Efficient calendar management and scheduling abilities.
  • Proficient in conducting online research and gathering information.

Soft Skills:

  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Proactive and resourceful problemsolving abilities.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and demands.

Pay:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
