Description
Responsibilities:
- Transform traditional business platform to digital business platform.
- To initiate new ideas for improvements in business processes as well as operational system for efficiency and effectiveness in the entire process.
- To lead and drive digital project management activities and timeline planning with internal or external parties to organize the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude major projects.
- Frequent conduct Fintech market research on digital technology, propose & implement applicable solutions/features to the Company.
- Act as the owner of digital business platform (AEON Web, Mobile App, Wallet & any digital business platforms) to create & maintain the digital business platform through collaboration/coordination with respective stakeholders.
- To measure & monitor on the digital business platform performance and liaise with respective business units for the digital platform improvement and growth.
- Refinement of policies and procedures, system enhancements, rules and regulations to support overall strategic direction
- Responsible to innovate and develop new improve features in functional system requirement.
- To lead the digital channel process/operation improvement that provides expertise and serve as an internal consultant to Business Units specialising in improving customers experiences.
- Provide support to external and internal stakeholders in regards to functional system.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, and Arts, Social Science or other related creative discipline required.
- Min 5 years of experience in Digital Planning or equivalent.
- Adapt at building and leading strong, happy and productive team environments, internally and externally, across varied stakeholder teams.
- Ability to work and thrive in a selfstarter, fastpaced and changing environment.
- An outstanding creative sense, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Selfmotivated, ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely and reliable customer service to both internal and external customers.
