JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


The Accounts Executive is responsible in managing the day-to-day of overall finance, account tasks management for Agensi Pekerjaan MCI Career Sdn Bhd.

Preparation of management accounts, documents and reports. Budget preparation, reporting and control, income management, financial reporting to management & external bodies.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handling full set of accounts including management accounts, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivables, general ledger accounting schedule.
  • To ensure the timeliness measurement on the number of days to close the monthly accounts, process invoices, process payment transaction and submission of management accounts.
  • To ensure proper recording, documentation and filing of all the accounting transactions.
  • Ensure the monthly management accounts are prepared within the dateline.
  • Prepare billing and monitoring, aging of bills in the company.
  • Compute and prepare SST computation.
  • Responsible for other administrative functions of the accounts department.
  • Verify staff expenses, staff advance voucher and payments.
  • Responsible for cash management, cash flow reporting, budget comparison and other related analysis.
  • Responsible for intercompany transaction and reconciliation.
  • Responsible for procurement management, i.e. prepare purchase order, contract review and vendor assessment.
  • Prepare the company yearly budget.
  • To liaise with the auditors, tax agent, banker, company secretary.
  • Quality measures on percentage of input errors detected, invoice accuracy, payment transactions accuracy.
  • To perform any adhoc task as and when required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/Bachelor of Accounting/ Finance

Specialist Knowledge (work experience, further qualifications):

  • Minimum 5 years and above of operational work experience
  • Well versed in accounting software (Autocount accounting) will be added advantage.
  • Internet savvy and able to use Microsoft Office efficiently and effectively
  • SST compliance, Tax knowledge

RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
