Salary:
RM2,000 - RM2,500

Location:
Dpandan Business Square, Avenue 2, Ampang, 68000, Selangor.

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday (9.00AM - 6.00PM), Saturday (9.00AM - 1.00PM)

Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages or overstock situations.
Print and distribute Airway Bill from the e-commerce platform during morning duty as per schedule.
Regularly conduct stock assessments, track product movement, and collaborate with the procurement team to manage inventory replenishment.
Supervise the order fulfillment process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
Collaborate with the customer service team to address any issues related to order processing and shipment.
Liaise with suppliers to monitor stock availability, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of perfume products.
Evaluate and onboard new suppliers, conducting regular performance reviews.
Coordinate the logistics of incoming and outgoing shipments, optimizing transportation costs and delivery times.
Oversee distribution channels to retail locations, ensuring products reach stores efficiently.
Implement quality control measures to ensure that all products meet established standards before reaching the customers.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to address quality issues promptly.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the operations department.
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all operational processes.
Maintain accurate documentation related to inventory, shipments, and supplier agreements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer service, sales, and finance, to streamline communication and 17. enhance overall business operations.
Provide support and guidance to the operations team members.
Responsible for any issues related to the courier company such as arranging pick-up time, monitoring the number of parcels tallying with the system, signing up new contracts/accounts with JNT, etc.

Requirements:

This job required working on Saturday from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
