Responsibilities:
- To lead, develop and monitor Bakery, Hairdressing, Beauty and other Non-Technical programme
- Prepare Scheduling, Training calendar, Instructor class allocation,
- To assist in the development and maintenance for the Institution that fosters open communication, loyalty and stability
- To take responsibility for the viability and profitability of the Institute
- To manage in a manner that demonstrates personal commitment to its success
- To involve in recruitment and selection of quality teaching Instructors as and when required.
- To initiate, plan and promote events in the Institute to maintain/raise the profile of VTAR in the market
- To organize regular performance reviews of existing Instructors and provide feedback to the management
- To identify areas for improvement and recommend changes where appropriate
- Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- A team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- At least 5 years of working experience (vocational and educational training and management experience)
- Exemplary leadership and management skills are essential
- Overall management planning, operation of the Institution and problem solving skills are required
- Full-Time positions available.

Salary:
RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
