Responsibilities
- Fully in charge of the Central Kitchen operations and supervise 3 Kitchen Helpers and 1 Demi Chef
- To frequently come out new menus for new stores as per Company's directions
- Familiar with Asian Fusion cuisines such as Chicken rice, Clay pot Noodles, Korean Fried Chicken, Teppanyaki and etc.
- Conduct staff trainings for new menus at outlets to ensure food preparation and all dishes are cooked well and presented nicely.
- Incharge of the ordering of ingredients and determine the ingredients usage and supply for every store.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience relevant working experience in a Central Kitchen is required for this position.
- Able to train staffs
- Required language(s): Mandarin and dialects
Job Types:

RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
