Responsibilities
- Responsible for all staff trainings including new and current staff
- Assist in food court daily operation and overall business performance of food courts.
- Manage teams and enforce SOP
- Run promotional activities together with Management team
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service experience
- Manage and plan for new locations opening
- Work with Management to drive company profitability & growth
Job Requirement
- Qualification minimum diploma in any field.
- Required Language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 3 years of experience in F&B industry.
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Good coaching, analytical and managerial skills.
- A team player with good leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Articulate and able to communicate effectively across all functions and levels.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
