Description
We are hiring a resourceful Internship for customer experience to join our dynamic team at N2N Connect Bhd in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns, questions, and feedback.
- To ensure the daytoday operations of ITS Helpdesk & Customer Services.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve customer issues and escalations in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Able to multitask efficiently and able to remain calm under stress.
- Have good communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative team.
- Must be proactive, take initiative and willing to take responsibilities.
- Good English language proficiency (Ability to speak in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin would be beneficial).
Salary:
RM RM1,000.00 per month
