Job Description :
- Design strategy and set goals for growth.
- Ensure employees are motivated and productive.
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Manage budgets and sales revenue efficiently
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
- Build a high-performance team and train low-level managers and staff. -Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
Qualification :
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Strong analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
MAVEN is planning to expand our business empire widely all around Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, Indonesia and South Asia where there will more branches to be open soon.
However, MAVEN products has spread throughout the country that has been mention.We also run online sales on website, Facebook, Instagram and others social media to make sure that our brand are better known.
