    Role Purpose
    • To consolidate and to finalise aircraft technical log, aircraft flight log and check packages for Viking & ATR72 operations aircraft.
    • To effectively compile and updating documents require for Viking & ATR72 operations aircraft.
    • To dispatch MASwings Tech Log and documents carried out at station MIRI, LBU, SIBU, KCH, and BKI back to KLIA for archived.
    • To provide records and close all findings timely for Viking & ATR72 operations aircraft on every C of A Renewal.
    • To close all logbooks upon C of A Renewal.
    Key Accountability
    • Ensuring documents are complete in all respect and meets MAB and CAAM requirements, presentable and in a readily hand-over and acceptable manner and condition for vetting in order to meet the technical requirements.
    • Play a pivotal part in providing the necessary records on the related component before the final decision is being made by the engineers in the production line. Search and retrieve all DFP (dirty finger prints) using difference system of record and sources from the time aircraft inducted into the system.
    • Liase with other departments and customer (consultant) progressively and independently in consolidation and finalized of Log books, Technical Logs, Component change tasks, all ARCs including extract all Modifications, SBs and AD tasks. To assist other department in updating the latest revision of Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins document prior to end of lease activities.
    • On-time compilation and distribution of monthly report and status report on status of utilization hours/cycles and maintenance of aircraft and engines operated by MAB.
    • Maintain and efficient system of filing and archiving and retrieval of all maintenance records/dirty finger print.
    • Compile into package all completed task cards/document and identify/indexing the package according.
    • Produce a document such as LLPâs list & closed Aircraft/APU/Engine/Propeller logbooks whenever there is an engine/landing gear/apu/propeller change.
    • To ensure complete shop visit report with back to birth records are available for the install engines/landing gear/apu.
    • To ensure on-time record upkeeping or related information on aircraft and its equipment, for the purpose to support maintenance planning.
    • To manage a complete operational and maintenance record of aircraft and its equipment operated by MAB, to meet the Company and respective Airworthiness Authorities' requirements.
    Qualifications & Working Experience
    • Degree - Any field with 0-2 years working experience in End of Lease / Redelivery activities and involvement with Aircraft Records or related work environment of an aviation organization in Malaysia Airlines Fleet checks.
    • Others â Well verse with aircraft technical with 0-2 years working experience in End of Lease / Redelivery activities and involvement with Aircraft Records.
    Skills & Knowledge
    • Ability to understand aircraft Technical terms and understand engineering documents including aircraft Manuals and Company Procedures.
    • Knowledge Technical Documentations software including Microsoft Excel/Words, PDF Editor and Microsoft Project for Project Management.
    • Knowledge with CAME & Part M requirement.
    • Ability to communicate with representatives.
    • Familiar with aircraft type and aircraft maintenance program.
