- Shadowing members of the Platform Finance department as they perform their duties.
- Assisting for the functions of Accounts Payable – AP invoices booking, pull AP report for reviewing, check AP Balances, follow up AP invoices status, request SOA and perform reconciliation.
- Prepare and upload monthly standing journals and other adjustments journals.
- Complete the monthly closing activities in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
- Prepare partial monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations and Profit & Loss Schedules.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time.
- Recent graduate or actively working towards a Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or anything equivalent
- Satisfactory completion of introductory accounting courses and a basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
- Computer literate, preferably with Excel spreadsheet knowledge
- Internship duration at least 6 months or longer
