Starting my professional journey as a kitchen crew member at Secret Recipe in Alor Gajah, I quickly moved up to a cashier at Jati Frozen in Masjid Tanah and then took on a clerk position at Julies Manufacturing Sdn Bhd. I continued to pursue my passion in the field of food service management by starting my small business, syerascarf, while pursuing my degree. During semester breaks, I worked as a Sales Assistant at Petron Simpang Ampat, Melaka, further expanding my skill set.

My ultimate goal is to work as a Quality Assurance Executive and Customer Service Specialist for any company, where I can contribute to the industry as a whole. I am eager to expand my knowledge and professional portfolio in this field, and I am confident that my adaptability to new environments and collaborative nature would make me a valuable addition to your team.

Established and grew a syerascarf business alone, resulting in an increase in profit year over year and a reputation for an affordable and good quality scarf especially for students.

Sales Assistant & Cashier (Mutiara Bahagia Resources)

Managed daily financial transaction as a cashier and sales assistant at Petron Simpang Ampat, Melaka. Successfully handling up to RM10,000 per day with a 100% accuracy rate including transactions of touch n go, mobile phone top-up and also the food and beverages provided in the store.

Clerk in Packing Department (Julies Manufacturing Sdn Bhd)

Coordinate with Human Resources Department the issuance of leave, uniform and key in all the daily data reject for monitoring purposes. Successfully upkeep and update all the filling system for easy retrieve during an audit, segregate all forms-related documents and file them accordingly resulting the audits running smoothly.
