Engineer Intern - Materials, Corrosion & Inspection Department

• Managed High Temperature Hydrogen Attack(HTHA) Assessment for Low Alloy Steel Materials Exposed to Hydrogen Service at blind ends and transferlines assisted by senior engineers. 
• Site visited at MRCSB for PRBI data population for ELNG from 1998-2021. 
• Analyzed Creep Damage and Dynamic High Temperature Tube(DHTT) for certain materials under desired temperatures.
•  Assisted senior engineers in Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) labelling and data collection from different operation locations. 
• Helped the engineers in PETRONAS Risk Based Inspection(PRBI) for Metallic Static Equipment and Piping Assessment in a team consists of four people. 
• Conducted the Thickness Measurement Location(TML) Method and determined Probability of Failure(PoF) to make sure it is below "red zone" in PRBI Risk Matrix.
