Had recently gained more interest in careers with data science-related disciplines to leverage my analytical and research skills by obtaining important information from examining large amounts of data. With that, a certificate as a Junior Data Scientist was obtained after attending data science, machine learning and deep learning courses to build a strong foundation on the field .

As a Graduate Research Assistant, I have developed a deep understanding of data analytics, and I am confident that my experience will make me an excellent addition to your team. In summary, below highlights the task that I have been doing;

• Self-collected microalgae images from light microscopy achieved approximately 50,000 datasets within a month, and datasets were analyzed, interpreted, and visualized using the TensorFlow dashboard with the aid of Tableau for presentation
• Performed data labelling, pre-processing, data augmentation, and hyperparameter tuning to optimize the accuracy and loss in the training procedure
• Customized machine learning and deep-learning models (CNN) using Python to extract the distinct characteristic of each microalgae species from graphical images achieving 99% model accuracy

I would like to highlight the most relevant education in which I obtained a Junior Data Scientist certificate, which exposed me to various programming languages and tools, especially for data science and machine learning projects. 

• Gained proficiency in Python and SQL query language
• Familiar with data visualization tools using Matplotlib and Tableau
• Gain deep understanding in libraries like Panda for data manipulation and analysis as well as NumPy for numerical computing. 
• The training includes the Capstone project has given me the ability to manipulate data, analyze trends, and present insights effectively.
