HR Intern (Employee Experience)

• Coordinating and scheduling team meetings, including preparing Minutes of Meeting.
• Creating presentation decks for the new onboarding process, buddy framework, and offboarding process.
• Collaborating with the team to create interactive onboarding activities.
• Providing support to the team during the implementation of the new onboarding session.
• Transforming Human Resource documents into user-friendly Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for the AI Chatbot Knowledge base assistant (SOPHIA).

Part Time Teacher 

• Online tutoring using phonetic language specifically for children 4 years old and above.
• Recording the last reading of the student in google sheet and WhatsApp group and teaching feedback every month in google sheet.

Administrative Support cum Secretary

• Recording the contract documents in the database and submit to the Project Manager and CEO.
• Recording outgoing and incoming mail in the database.
• Renewing CIDB green card for the staff.
• Key in the expenses and entertainment claims.
• Managing lunch menu for the staff.

HR Intern (Recruitment Team)

• Assisting in coordinating interviews, calling candidates, facilitating the pre-employment tests.
• Reviewing and shortlisting of applications, updating applicant information in the database.
• Processing applications for Penjana Kerjaya.
• Supporting HR activities such as distributing CNY goodies to staff, preparing reports such as monthly report and parking space report.
