Senior Executive Marketing (Creative Communication, Traffic Controller & Servicing

1)Coordinate & delegate tasks among the creative team members.

2)Keep creative team updated on client requests/changes and proactively seek solutions to address

4)Manages the follow of materials and information from all business unit. Work with marketing advertising and production to ensure that projects are completed on time within budget

5)Align creative briefs for all campaigns together.

6)Allocate and develop efficient workload and traffic for all creative executions within the team.

7)Purchase Requisition & Purchase order(PO) processing, Material Master(MM) using SAP.

8)Communicate schedule with all teams and ensure workflow is executed.

9)Liase with outside creative agency for any adhoc e-catalogue, printing catalogue and share the timeline makesure all project meet dateline.

10)Report project progress & movements.

11)Handle day to day administrative function (purchasing)

12)Discuss with respective line or business unit on their Line Event Plan.

13)Responsible for the coordination and management of the flow of goods, information, or people through an organization.

14)Keep track the Master Event Plan by business unit.

15)Communicating with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Keep stakeholders informed of the project’s progress and address any concerns or questions that arise.

1)To setup 3D display point for respective store.

2)In change displays to promote new product

4)In charge of event decoration setup (VP & PP) for event promotion follow by Marketing event plan – All line.

5)Maintaining display POP/POSM communication tools/fixtures at Aeon stores in good image.

6)Producing design ideas for displays & floor plans

7)Creating specific promotional displays.

8)Aligning company sales goals and messages with appealing design.

9)Anticipating and maximizing customer interest, with visual displays If available, collaborating with other brand teams to create displays.
