A Bachelor's Degree graduate in Biotechnology with almost 4 years experience in Quality Control/Assurance field in manufacturing industry. During 4 years of  my career journey, I have been equipped with fundamental and essential skills involved in Quality Control/Assurance field area such as laboratory analysis with comply to HACCP and GLP, Schedule waste management, document control management, production plant inspection, investigations on nonconformance, managed customer complaints and also implementations on corrective actions.

1. Quality Control • Conducted incoming inspection on quality of packaging material according to approved artwork and quality plan to fulfill customer satisfaction. • Inspected and reviewed daily production plant activities, comply with SOPs to maintain products quality. • Monitored and issued report on container loading for export shipments. • Checked on finished goods before delivery to customer to ensure the quality of the products. 2. Quality Assurance • Investigated and issued inspection report on any non-conformance occurred during incoming, in process and finished goods to prevent the recurrence in the future. • Assisted superior in investigating customer complaints to observe the root cause and implement corrective action. • Worked close with purchasing dept. to issue NCR and CAR to supplier for any defects on incoming raw/packaging material and trading goods to investigate the root cause. • Assisted QAQC manager in conducting internal audits and external audits which includes audit planning, relevant form preparation and assisted during audits, ensure to comply with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. 3. Laboratory Analyst • Performed routine chemical analysis (pH, Density, Conductivity, Boiling Point, Flash Point, Reserve Alkalinity, Foaming, Water content, Test Scope, Freezing Point, Wet Boiling Point, Kinematic Viscosity) on incoming raw material and finished products with comply with GLP according to SOPs to ensure compliance with standard specifications. • Issued laboratory testing report and properly maintained in company’s document management system. • Performed daily, monthly and yearly calibration on equipment in laboratory to obtain accurate result. • Maintained proper labelling and storage of chemical substances in accordance with safety guidelines. • Monitored equipment preventive maintenance to maintain the equipment in good condition.
