Manage the incubators, assists customer in business procedures process, performed financial duties - collecting rental payment of full time tenant, bill utilities, deposit rental. 
assist and guide customers with procedures of CIDB and UPKJ application (licences for the contractors). 
Assists in SEDC Entrepreneur Program- brief the new tenants/ entrepreneurs regarding SEDC’s program.

Involved in various event program organised by SEDC, government agencies.

Conducted talk event, related to entrepreneurs.
