About Aman Shah:

Tried, tested and handle a special curates menu by Michelin-Star guest Chef. Have a intermediate knowledge about wines, spirits and liquor. Experienced handle a private event and wine dinner.

Serve food courses and beverages to guests. Set tables according to type of event and service standards. Record transaction / orders in Point of Sales systems at the time of order. Communicate with the kitchen regarding any menu questions, the length of wait and product availability.

Proficiency in catering management. Exceptional ability to plan banquets, manage casual workers, and meet task deadlines. Experience in supervising banquet venue staff and be on the floor when managers is not around. Ability to collaborate with Banquet Director, Banquet Manager and Head Chefs.
