- Engaged with visitors to educate and inform them about the importance and work of preventive conservation
- Conducted integrated pest monitoring by laying down traps, identifying insect species and compiling data for analysis for over 210 different areas around the museum
- Microclimate conditioning for over 120 archaeological objects and 15 geological cases
- Carried out preventive conservation for the Dippy enclosure during the Dippy on Tour exhibition, the entire Evolution of Wales gallery and the Art galleries
